What do I do if I misplaced or lost an item at the Lounge?
If they have been recovered, misplaced items can be reclaimed at the main bar during business hours.

What do I do about an incorrect charge to my credit card?
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please wait 48 business hours for your transaction to be posted to your account. If there is still a problem, please email info@capitolloungedc.com your credit card, expiration date, transaction date, check number (top left corner), transaction amount and the issue that needs to be resolved.

Does the Capitol Lounge take orders over the phone?
Unfortunately, orders over the phone or through email are not taken at this time.

What are the age requirements for the Lounge?
As always, you have to be 21 to drink. During the week, we do require all patrons to be 21 and up. For weekends, however, all are invited to join us for some great food during brunch hours.

Can our group reserve space for a party?
We cannot reserve space for parties. If you are interested in a private event, please go to our events section.

Can I work at the Lounge?
Of course. You may submit your resume to info@capitolloungedc.com. If something opens up, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Can I smoke and drink at the same time at your bar?
Yes. We have a patio in the back of the bar that is covered and heated during the cold season.
